Custom AI systems · built around your business

Hand off the recurring work.
Keep the decisions.

Divine Oracle Tech builds custom AI systems that take recurring work off a business owner's plate, like following up with leads, scheduling, paperwork and reporting. We map how your business actually runs, build the system around that, and train your team to use it.

  • You choose what needs a human yes.
  • Your data, your content and the materials you give us stay yours.
  • Fees in writing, before the first call.

What we do

A system built for your business, not a template you bend to fit.

We design, build and install custom AI systems. Inside each one, specialized AI agents carry defined jobs: intake, follow-up, scheduling, documentation, reporting, reconciliation, coordination, and the other recurring administrative work of running a company.

Divine Oracle Tech is

  • A builder of custom AI systems, fitted to one business or a group of businesses.
  • A small, founder-led firm that stays involved through training, reviews and support, as set out in your agreement.
  • Priced by what the system covers: functions, agents, companies and integrations.

Divine Oracle Tech is not

  • An off-the-shelf app that every customer uses the same way.
  • A one-time report that leaves you to work it out alone.
  • Billed by the hour.

How an AI agent team works

From a well-read mind to a small, dependable department.

Go as deep as you like. Each layer builds on the last, with an everyday picture for every term.

The AI model: the well-read mind

An AI model is the engine underneath tools like ChatGPT. It learns the patterns in how language and ideas fit together. When you send it a message, it doesn't look up a stored answer. It generates one, piece by piece.

Picture thisSomeone who has read a vast library and can discuss almost anything, but has never set foot in your business. Capable, yet they don't know your prices, your customers or how you like things done until someone tells them.

Because a model generates rather than looks up, it can produce something that sounds right and is wrong. That's a normal property of the technology, and it's why good systems give models real information to work from and keep a person involved where it matters.

Where AI tends to fit

Work that repeats, with steps someone could write down: reading, sorting, summarizing and drafting from clear information.

Where people stay the right choice

Decisions that carry real responsibility, difficult conversations, and situations nobody planned for. That's why our first design question is what you want to keep in human hands.

A day, before and after

Picture what changes when the system carries the routine.

Three made-up businesses, shown so you can picture a design. They don't describe any client or report any result. Notice how different the designs are. That's what custom means.

IllustrativeA heating and plumbing company with an owner, an office manager and a crew of field technicians.

Morning

Website forms and emails from overnight are waiting. The office manager works through them between phone calls.

An agent has read each inquiry, logged it, flagged anything that may be urgent for a person using the owner's rules, and drafted a reply. The office manager reviews and sends.

Midday

A job runs long. The schedule changes by phone, and customers further down the list aren't told.

An agent proposes calendar changes and drafts status updates for affected customers. The office manager confirms them.

Evening

Job notes sit on a clipboard, and the owner tries to remember which invoices need chasing.

An agent prepares draft invoices from job notes and gives the owner a short list of overdue ones, with reminders ready to approve.

Stays human: pricing judgment, emergencies, upset customers, decisions on site.

Inside a DOT Command Center

Meet the Chairman.

In a Command Center, each person gets their own named lead agent: the Chairman.

  • Ask it anywhere you workAsk it in the Command Center or by phone. The phone line only answers its owner.
  • Read-only, then a briefingIt reads your connected tools read-only and briefs you on what's waiting.
  • Your tap, every timeApprovals, payments, ad spend and anything going outside the company always wait for your tap.
  • Learns how you workIt learns how you work from a profile you give it.

How an engagement runs

The same careful start for everyone. Then the path fits your business.

  1. 1

    Intake invitation

Before the first call you receive a short questionnaire and our written fee structure, so prices are on the table early and you arrive prepared. Estimates are fine, and anything can be left for the call.

  2. 2

    Discovery call

A complimentary conversation of 45 to 60 minutes about how your business runs, what piles up, and what must stay human.

  3. 3

    Written recap

Within 24 hours you receive a written recap: what we heard, in your words, and the proposed next step.

After the recap, the path splits

One company

  1. Statement of work. Scope is confirmed in writing and countersigned.
  2. Implementation fee. Due in full before build begins.
  3. Build, install, train. Typically 2 to 10 weeks, by tier.
  4. Acceptance. You accept the installed system, and the first monthly payment falls due. No monthly charge during the build.
  5. Operation. Monthly billing on the same date each month.

Two or more companies, or launching another

  1. Architecture Sprint. A paid, two-week mapping and design project. Required before any build quote.
  2. Proposal. A firm fee for the build, delivered at the end of the Sprint.
  3. Agreement. Implementation fee, less the Sprint credit if it applies, due in full before build begins.
  4. Phased build. Typically 12 to 20 weeks, company by company.
  5. Operation. Monthly fees start for each company on its own release date.

Engagements & fees

Scoped by what the system covers. Never by the hour.

We scope by functions, agents, companies and integrations. Every engagement has a one-time implementation fee, covering architecture, build, installation, training and documentation, and a monthly fee that starts only once your system is installed and accepted. You are not billed monthly during the build. Your exact scope is set on your discovery call and confirmed in writing.

Two or more companies

It starts with the Architecture Sprint.

$3,500two weeks

For two weeks we map how your companies actually run and design the system. We don't issue a build quotation for multi-company work before the Sprint. You receive:

  • A documented map of current operations across every company in scope
  • A proposed system design with agent divisions and integration points
  • A phased implementation plan with timelines
  • A firm fee proposal for the build

The documents are yours. Once the Sprint fee is paid, the written Sprint deliverables prepared for you belong to you, whether or not the engagement advances. The reusable Divine Oracle Tech methods, designs and materials they draw on stay with us, and you receive a license to use them as part of the deliverables.

Credited if you build. The Sprint fee is credited against the build fee if we both sign the implementation agreement within sixty days after the Sprint deliverables are delivered. The credit has no cash value and doesn't apply to monthly fees.

Be sure it's worth it to you. The Sprint fee is non-refundable, with one exception set out in the Sprint agreement: a full refund if we cannot perform the Sprint at all, or cannot perform a scheduled date and you cannot reasonably accept any of the new dates we offer.

Multi-company: two ways to run it

The architecture and build are identical. The models differ in where the system is hosted and who holds the accounts it runs on. Each company operates within the shared system under its own governance and data boundaries. Our founder walks you through which fits.

Model A

Licensed Architecture

Runs in an environment you hold

The system is designed, built and installed in an environment reserved to you. You hold the administrative credentials and the encryption keys, and we reach it only through named accounts you create and can revoke at any time. We operate part of the system and remain responsible to you for that work. The hosting, AI model and other service accounts are held in your name and paid by you directly, and we tell you in advance what they are and what they are for.

Model B

Managed Deployment

Operated by Divine Oracle Tech

We provision dedicated infrastructure and take responsibility for hosting, monitoring, maintenance and continuity. You access and use the system; operational responsibility stays with us. We hold the AI model and hosting accounts, and you pay their costs. Managed deployment adds four to six weeks of infrastructure provisioning before first production release.

  • Initial termTwelve months. Annual prepayment: one month credited.
  • AI & hosting costsPassed through to you, and not part of our fees. On single-company tiers and Model B we hold the AI model and hosting accounts and you pay their costs; under Model A the accounts are in your name and you pay the providers directly.

Ownership & how we protect quality

Clear ownership. A person in charge. Statements you can hold us to.

Yours

Your data, your content and the materials you provide. We claim no ownership of them. Client data is confidential: it is used to deliver the engagement and run the system for you, and otherwise only as your signed agreement allows.

Licensed to you

Divine Oracle Tech owns the system it builds, including its architecture, workflows and configurations. These are licensed to you under the signed agreement, not sold. A license is permission to use something under agreed terms while the original owner keeps it.

A credit line

Deployed systems carry a "Powered by Divine Oracle Tech" attribution on customer-facing websites, applications and interfaces, like a builder's name on a plaque. It's a standard licensing term and doesn't change who owns your data and content.

1

A person can approve what matters

Systems can include a human approval step, so a person reviews something before it goes out. You choose where. A routine confirmation may need none; a proposal or a complaint response may need a yes every time.

2

A second, adversarial review

Our significant deliverables get a second review before they reach you, by a reviewer whose job is to find what's wrong, the way an editor checks a story. The reviewer may be a specialist AI agent.

3

Truthful capability statements

We say what is built, what it does and what it costs, accurately. If we don't know something, we say so and find out.

What we won't promise you

Because a promise we can't back isn't kind to anyone, you won't hear us claim specific savings or payback, accuracy figures, compliance certifications we don't hold, guarantees beyond your written scope, or that a system will replace your staff. What a system means for anyone's role is your decision.

Questions owners ask

Good questions, straight answers.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

You might well start there. Those tools are excellent, and many owners should use them. The difference is that a tool waits for someone to operate it, while a system is set up around your business, connected to your tools, and carries a defined job, with a person approving what matters.

How deep do I need to go into the technology?

As deep as you like. We explain things plainly if you want the result, and we go all the way into how it works if you want to know. Section II above is a good place to start pulling the thread.

What about my data?

Your data stays yours. Like any AI system, ours use outside AI and cloud providers to process work, and we tell you which ones. Client data is confidential: it is used to deliver the engagement and run the system for you, and otherwise only as the agreement you sign allows. Our founder confirms where your system runs, and the data terms come to you in writing.

Is it secure? Are you SOC 2 or HIPAA certified?

We hold no compliance certifications today. Our founder can go through where your system would run and the security design with you. If your work involves regulated health, financial or legal data, she joins that conversation before any scope is discussed.

AI makes mistakes. What then?

Yes, it can. That's why you decide what a person approves before it goes out, and why we give the system real information from your business to work from.

Will this replace my staff?

That's your decision, not ours. Most owners want their people freed from repetitive work, and we design around what you want to keep human.

Can you guarantee results?

No, and we'd be cautious of anyone who does. What we commit to is what's in your scope and written agreement. We define success with you first.

How big is your team?

We're a small, founder-led firm, led by our founder, Zahara Sage. We work with an outside delivery partner and a workforce of specialist AI agents, and our founder walks you through who does what for your project.

What does it cost?

Our published fees are in section VI: three single-company tiers (Launchpad, Operations and Command), and for multi-company work the Architecture Sprint and two operating models. Your firm scope and price are set on your discovery call and confirmed in writing (for multi-company work, in the proposal at the end of the Sprint). AI model and hosting costs are passed through to you and are not part of our fees. We can do it smaller. We don't do it cheaper.

What happens after launch?

You get live training with your own people, written runbooks, scheduled performance reviews and included revisions after launch, because real use always teaches something, plus support as set out in your agreement. Higher tiers add recorded walkthroughs and written standard operating procedures.

We're comparing a few providers. What should we ask?

Good. Compare who owns your data and content, what is licensed rather than owned, what you can take with you if you leave, and who runs the system day to day. We'll give you our answers in writing.

Can I take the system with me, or what happens if we stop?

Those terms live in your signed agreement, and we'd rather give you an exact answer than a quick one. Ask on your discovery call and our founder will walk you through it.

Book a discovery call

One clear conversation about how your business runs.

Complimentary, 45 to 60 minutes. By the end, we'll both know if there's a fit, and either answer is fine.

Request a discovery call

A sentence or two is plenty. For example: "We lose track of quote follow-ups."
